Right of Withdrawal & Returns

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which you or a person indicated by you receives the goods, without giving a reason.

2. How to exercise your right

Notify us in writing at info@bellaviere.com within 14 days, stating your order number and the items you are returning. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

3. Return conditions

• Items must be in original condition, unused and unwashed;
• Tags must be kept and attached;
• The original packaging should be included where possible.

4. Return costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except where the goods are defective or non-conforming — in which case we cover the cost.

5. Refunds

We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of their dispatch), using the same payment method, unless you have agreed otherwise.

If the bank account provided is with a foreign bank outside SEPA and you cannot provide an alternative Bulgarian or SEPA account, the fees for the international (SWIFT) transfer are borne by the recipient and are deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Defect claims

For a defect or non-conformity within the 2-year legal guarantee (Arts. 112–115 CPA), contact us at info@bellaviere.com. You are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
