2. Definitions

• “Platform” / “Website” — the online store available at bellaviere.com.
• “Seller” / “Supplier” — Bellaviere HC LTD., company No. 208806287.
• “Buyer” / “Customer” / “Consumer” — a natural or legal person placing an order through the Platform.
• “Order” — a request to purchase goods made by the Buyer through the Platform.
• “Distance contract” — a contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.
• “Business day” — Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays in the Republic of Bulgaria.

3. Products, availability and prices

We offer limited Italian collections. Because quantities are limited, availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out.

All prices are in euros (EUR) including VAT. On the Bulgarian version of the site prices are also shown in leva at the official fixed rate of 1.95583 BGN per euro.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded once you place an order and receive a confirmation email from us.

For card payments, the items are reserved for 15 minutes; if payment is not completed within that window, the reservation is released and the items become available to other customers again.

5. Payment methods

• Card payment via myPOS (secure environment);
• Bank transfer to the account provided;
• Cash on delivery — for deliveries within Bulgaria only, via Speedy.

Card payment (myPOS) and bank transfer are available for all countries we deliver to. Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries within Bulgaria.

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Speedy — to an address or to an office. See the Shipping Policy for zones, times and prices.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. See the Returns page for details.

8. Guarantee and claims

Under Arts. 112–115 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act you have a 2-year legal guarantee from the delivery of the goods. If a defect is found within 6 months of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (legal presumption of non-conformity).

In case of non-conformity you have the right to ask the Seller to bring the goods into conformity, choosing between repair or replacement, unless this is impossible or disproportionately expensive. The right to claim is exercised within 2 years of delivery, but no later than 2 months from discovering the non-conformity.

Claims are submitted in writing to info@bellaviere.com, enclosing the documents the claim is based on (e.g. photos, receipt/invoice). The Seller brings the goods into conformity within 1 month of the claim, at no cost to the Buyer.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

For unresolved disputes you have the right to contact the following bodies (these procedures are free of charge for the consumer):

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damage arising from improper use of the products or from circumstances beyond our control. We make every effort to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date.

11. Governing law and changes

Matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law. We reserve the right to update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
