Shipping Policy

1. Delivery zones

• Bulgaria — delivered by Speedy;
• European Union member states — delivered by DHL Express.

We currently do not ship to countries outside the European Union.

2. Bulgaria — Speedy

Orders with a delivery address in Bulgaria are delivered by Speedy:

• To an address — the courier delivers to the address you provide;
• To a Speedy office — you collect the parcel from a chosen office.

Delivery takes 1–3 business days. The delivery price is calculated automatically at checkout, and delivery is free on orders over €49.

3. European Union — DHL Express

Orders to all other EU member states are delivered by DHL Express to the address you provide:

• Delivery time — usually 2–4 business days after dispatch;
• The delivery price depends on the destination country and is shown automatically at checkout;
• Cash on delivery is not available for international orders — payment is by card or bank transfer;
• Shipments travel within the European Union, so no customs duties or import fees apply.

4. Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation and tracking details once dispatched.

Delivery times are indicative and start once the order has been dispatched.
